Carrot cake with orange glaze.

If you would like to impress mates or your girlfriend with a tasty dessert after the main you should definetly try this cake.
The amazing thing about this cake is that it is low on calories. So you dont have to worry about getting turn down by your girlfriend, instead she will be asking for more.
It is so healthy.
Presentation always has a big effect on the dish, so when i am plating a dish i use colours and tidiness this are the foundation of having a good presentation of a dish.
I used carrot stripe to garnish my dish, I love to using edible garnish when it is possible because you always end up with clean plate.

INGREDIENTS
CARROT CAKE.
2 eggs.
1 I/4 cups of sugar.
50g of melted butter.
180g of finely grated carrots.
1 tsp of cinnamon powder.

INGREDIENTS
ORANGE GLAZE.
50g of Philadelphia naturell.
1 cup of flour sugar
1 tsp of orange zest.
2 tsps of orange juice.

DIRECTIONS
CARROT CAKE.
Whisk the eggs and sugar until its white and fluffy.
Add the butter slow when stirring.
Then add the flour and cinnamon and lastly the grated carrots.
Pour the dough in a baking form.
Bake it in the oven in 200c.

DIRECTIONS.
ORANGE GLAZE.
Mix the Philadelphia and the flour sugar in a bowl.
Add orange zest and orange juice.
whisk the content and your done.
