Sweet roasted vegetables


Ingredients
2 large sweet potatoes
4 carrots
Salt
Chili powder 
Teriyaki sauce
 
Instructions
1.Preheat the at 225 degrees
2.Cut the sweet potatoes and carrots
3.Boil water in large pot to boiling Point
4.Add salt, sweet potatoes and carrots
5.Boil for 5 minutes
6.Drain the water
7.Let the vegetables steam out for a few minutes
8.Place the vegetable on oven tray  drizzle some oil over and sparkle salt over
7.Let it Cook in the oven for 30 minutes
8.Sevre with  fresh sallad
9.Add teriyaki sauce and chili powder
