Moule marinière, clams cooked in wine

 
Ingredients
600 grams clams
20 grams butter
1 onion
Salt
250 ml dry white wine
Garlic cloves
Parsley
White peppar
Chilli
80 ml whip Cream

 
Instructions
1.Cook the chopped garlic and onion in the pot with butter to soften
2.Add chopped chilli and parsley
3.Add the wine and cook for couple of minutes to reduce
4.Add the clams and lid the pot
5.let it cook for 10 minutes
6.Add the cream and cook for 2 minutes
7.Add salt and pepper to taste
8.Garnish with chopped parsely and serve

Creamy shrimp and salmon soup


Ingredients
1 large onion
200g diced salmon
200g shrimps
100 g celery
2 galirc cloves
3 tablespoons of tomato purée
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of chopped dill
100 g carrots
3 tablespoons of flour
2 dl white dry wine
2 fish bouillon cubes
14 dl water
4 dl cooking Cream
Salt
Peppar
  
Instructions
1.Peel and dice the onion , garlic, carrots and celery
2.Add all in a large pot with olive oil and cook for 3 minutes
3.Add water, tomato purée and the fish bouillon cube
4.Let cook for 15 munites
5.Add the flour, chopped dill, salmon and the cooking cream
6.Let it cook 5 minutes
7. Add the shrimp and stir
8.Serve hot


Spicy chicken wings





Ingredients
500gramsChicken wings
Sirap
Olive oil
Mixed Spices(bay leaves, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamom cloves,coriander,ginger powder, spanish paprika and nutmeg
 Chili powder
Salt
Sauce
Sirap
Teriyaki sauce
salt
Instructions
1.Prehet the oven at 225 degrees
2.Mixes the spice then add 1dl of olive oil and 1dl of sirap to make a paste
3.Marinate the chicken wings with the spices in a bowl
4.Let the wings marinate in the refridge for 2 hours
5.Put the wing on foiled up oven tray
6.let it Cook for 22 minutes
7.Mix 1dl of sirap, 1dl teriyaki sauce and pinch of salt
8.Dress the wings

Sweet roasted vegetables


Ingredients
2 large sweet potatoes
4 carrots
Salt
Chili powder 
Teriyaki sauce
 
Instructions
1.Preheat the at 225 degrees
2.Cut the sweet potatoes and carrots
3.Boil water in large pot to boiling Point
4.Add salt, sweet potatoes and carrots
5.Boil for 5 minutes
6.Drain the water
7.Let the vegetables steam out for a few minutes
8.Place the vegetable on oven tray  drizzle some oil over and sparkle salt over
7.Let it Cook in the oven for 30 minutes
8.Sevre with  fresh sallad
9.Add teriyaki sauce and chili powder
